Frequently asked

What they ask us most.

About the house, the kitchen and how to book. If anything is still unclear, write to us and we will reply within 24 hours.

Is there parking near the restaurant?

Yes. The restaurant has its own private parking on site, with direct access from the Carretera Burgos-Portugal (N-620). It is spacious and free for our guests.

Do I need to book?

We recommend booking, especially on weekends. Choose "Book a table" in the form, send us date, time and number of guests, or call us at 983 297 891 and we will confirm.

Do you adapt the menu for allergies or intolerances?

Yes. Tell us in the message and we will adapt the dishes with pleasure. We work with fresh produce and we can adjust most of our recipes.

What is the house rice?

We have three Valencian rice dishes that we serve all year (minimum two people, all to share):

  • Paella Valenciana — bomba rice, free-range chicken, rabbit, garrofó and ferradura beans, with a touch of cinnamon. The traditional recipe from the terreta.
  • Arroz negro — squid ink, concentrated stock, Denia red prawn and a crispy socarrat. As if by the coast, in the middle of Valladolid.
  • Arroz a banda — concentrated fish and seafood stock, artichokes from the Castilian market garden and a soft alioli. The most comforting of the menu.
Do you serve paella valenciana in Valladolid?

Yes. We serve traditional paella valenciana with bomba rice, chicken, rabbit, garrofó and ferradura beans. Minimum two people, recommended to give advance notice so we can serve it freshly cooked.

Do you accept pets?

Assistance dogs are welcome at all times. We don't allow pets inside the restaurant, but outside is no problem.
