b) Reservation requests. The data provided in reservation requests will be used exclusively to manage and confirm the reservation. Legal basis: the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
c) Newsletter and commercial communications. In the event that you subscribe to our newsletter or accept receiving commercial communications, your email will be used to send you information about news, events and promotions. Legal basis: the user's consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Recipients
The data will not be transferred to third parties, except in those cases in which it is necessary for the execution of the contracted service and/or a legal obligation requires it. No international transfers of your personal data are foreseen.
4. Data Retention
Personal data will be kept for as long as the business relationship is maintained and, once it ends, for the legally required period. Job application data will be kept for a maximum of one year, unless the applicant indicates otherwise.
5. Rights of the User
You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to the processing of your data, by writing to restaurantelospinochos@gmail.com, attaching a copy of an identity document.
Likewise, if you consider that your rights have not been adequately addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
